On behalf of the Union Station Partnership (USP), the Connecticut Department of Transportation (CTDOT) issued a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) on April 3, 2024, to seek project concepts and qualifications from qualified developers for a Transit Oriented Development (TOD) of the property known as the East Lot at New Haven Union Station (NHUS).
The RFQ closed on May 15, 2024, and the following development teams were shortlisted on May 31, 2024, to participate in a subsequent RFP:
– Gilbane Development Company
– Spinnaker Real Estate Partners and Lexington Partners
– The Richman Group and Westmount Development Group
– Twining Properties
